SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Womiraxel. Below you will find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

WHERE WE DELIVER

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to addresses outside the UK at this time.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Free Standard Delivery
Cost: Free on all orders
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days

Insured Express Delivery
Cost: £2.95
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
Your parcel is insured while it is on its way to you, giving you extra peace of mind.

You can choose your preferred option at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is processed. During busy periods such as sales or the run up to Christmas, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

DUTIES AND TAXES

As we only deliver within the UK, there are no customs duties or import charges. All prices on our website include VAT where applicable.

CHECKING YOUR ADDRESS

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@womiraxel.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@womiraxel.com with your order number. We will look into it with the courier and help you as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
