Throughout these terms, "Womiraxel", "we", "us" and "our" refer to NATBELLA LTD. "You" and "your" refer to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us.

2. ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell women's clothing for everyday wear and special occasions, including dresses, tops, skirts and trousers.

We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. However, colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings, and small variations in fabric and finish can occur. Sizes and measurements are given as a guide, so please check the size information on each product page before ordering.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any payment you made for that item.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the moment you place it.

If we make an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we have sent an order confirmation.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. All payments are handled securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

5. YOUR ORDER AND OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This email does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If this happens, we will refund you in full.

6. DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AND RETURN

As a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 8. FAULTY ITEMS

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@womiraxel.com and we will put things right in line with the law.

14. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable when the contract was made.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We only supply our products for domestic and private use. We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes, postal disruption or technical failures. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
